Left sided numbness

I have been experiencing numbness and tingling sensations on my left side. It started with a localized numbness and sensitivity in my stomach and back, a feeling like I had been shot with novacaine. It now is spreading to my left arm, leg, and left side of face. There is  no pain, just a strange pins and needles and muscle tightness...I am beginning to get scared !

Thank you,
I went last week and the MD suspected shingles, but I am skeptical. She took blood, no results yet and no visible marks...?

Hi

Have you been to a doctor regarding these symptoms yet?  I think you should probably do that right away, so that he/she can send you in the right direction to getting the help that you need.

Hope you feel better soon
