Leg Pain, Pins and Needles

About 3 weeks ago I was experiencing extreme leg pain, pins and needles and tingling sensation.  I thought I had Restless Legs until I felt the same symptoms on my arms, face, neck and just all over.  I began taking vitamin d, vitamin b 12, calcium and magnesium which helped a lot.  I do get leg pain and pins and needles but not as often, and the muscle spasm, I rarely get anymore.  Last night I began getting leg pain and pins and neeles and tingling sensations on my legs and even on one side of my face.  I took 2 vitamin b12 and it stopped.  But my bloodwork shows I'm not vitamin b 12 deficient and everything else is normal.   Now I wonder why my legs hurt when I touch them, not every part of the legs hur but some are sensitive to touch.
