Leg and Joint pain

by Jeanene, Oct 26, 2008 09:18PM
Short history:
Endometerious for 20 years painful; but tolerable. ..5 laperersopies.over 7 years..unexplained infections after 3rd.. lap and hospitilized for 5 days with massive doses of antibiotics..then later had a hystoricitomy..complete..10 years ago.
Currently:
I have had what seems to be progressing joint and and muscle pain in the past 5 years. My DR and I both have alsays considered that I have an extreme high tolerance to pain over the years of the ENDO. Now however I am in what seems to be constant pain..I have some lower back issues and a knee that was injured about 3 years ago in a fal.
I am not sure what you might have to say but I would be interested as I am just beginning of seeking help from someone other than my ciropractor..
Thank You.

JL

Have u looked into fibromyalgia?,,,there is a fibro forum here on medhelp.....check out the forum and the health pages on the fibro forum...it may answer ur questions or convince u it's not fibro.
fibro is an autoimune condition...u had a history of infections which can trigger an autoimune disorder.

Good luck
Godspeed
