Lightheaded, eyes crossing, faint

Has any one every had the feeling of head fullness, lightheaded, eyes feel like they are crossing & you will pass out (have not actually passed out yet)?  Could this be neuro related or could it be from fluid in ears?

Help is appreciated.
Thanks,

I've been having dizzy spells and have passed out five times in the last month. I've been getting a lot of tests done and a lesion was found in the right cerebellar pontine angle of my brain that is leaning on two nerves and causing the dizziness. Maybe you should get an MRI. Just a suggestion.
