Lightheaded and Dizzy

I have had light headedness and dizziness for over three years.  I have had two MRI's done and they came back normal.  I have also seen a cardiologist who gave me an EKG.  I have been to the ears, nose and throat doctor and he said I had vertigo.  Ok.  I know I am dizzy and get lightheaded.  Why?  I want to be treated and nobody will treat me because they don't know why I am dizzy.  I was given a valium of some sort to control dizziness and lightheadedness.  The neurologist said I had anxiety and an inner ear problem.  He gave me this and it has not worked.  I will also say I don't feel like I have anxiety.  I also have these symptoms:  pains in my ears sometimes, ringing in my ears sometimes, sometimes I feel offbalance, TMJ.  Can somebody please help me?  I am at wits end.  Three years and going on four.  Could I have something wrong with my heart/lungs?  Could it be something with my eyes?  Could I have a growth in my ears or eyes that has gone unnoticed?
