Lightheaded feeling

I have been for years experiencing lightheadedness, its now come to the point where i am so frusterated. I have had numerous tests done over the year, I just recently had a mri and ct with dye and there is no abnormalitys what so ever in my brain. Sometimes I feel a sudden weird pressure in my head it almost feels like i'm lacking oxygen, i feel like im walking off a cliff. I experience several headaches as well. I dont kno what else to do,as I feel i have had so many tests. The only thing that has came up that is i have thickening of my sinuses. I always blow yellow out of my nose every morning it is thick. I do have allegies, I am recently using a nasal spray my dr prescribed to me. I hope someone can help me. It makes it so hard to work and do daily things.

The above website explains what is most likely going on with you.  The fact that you're blowing yellow stuff out of your nose, and that you have a sinus mucous thickening, this all means you get these really terrible sinus infections, and because of the proximity, they can affect the ear and thus your balance.  You have really got to climb all over this sinus thing.  You really should be taking some allergy drugs, and an ear nose throat ENT should perhaps clean out your sinuses, just whatever it takes to make all that nose stuff stop.

In the meantime, you may be a little anemic on account of your body is constantly fighting the infection in your sinuses, and that also can make you feel faint, so be sure to get enough protein in your diet.  Also, drink plenty of water, it helps the sinuses drain easier.  And get a plain saline nose spray at the drugstore, squirt it in there in the mornings to help get that yellow stuff out of your nose quickly.  And do read that website, it has some stuff in there about surgery, which if you have a fungus that has lodged itself in the sinuses and is inflammed there, could be an ENT might want to operate.
