Lightheaded

I had been getting a funny feeling in my head every now and then. I don't know if I would say dizziness but like a fuzzy feeling. It almost feels like a high. It is now starting to happen at least every half hour. I feel completely fine, but this is really concerning me because I know its not normal.

Thanks for your reply. I have been diagnosed with high blood pressure and I'm on medication. Thats the first thing I thought of because of Diet change but its fine, I've been monitoring it. A couple years ago I had my blood sugar checked it was fine then, but I guess I may need that checked again. My sleep is good now due to recent sleep study.

Hello.

Have you ruled out blood pressure changes ? And do you have any blood sugar issues ? These are the common causes for such symptoms.

How is your sleep ?

Regards
