Lightheadness

Hi,i been having this dizziness & lightheadness sensation for the past 5 months or so,so far i have palpitations so i had 24 hour holter,Echo,stress test and several bloodtest,ecgs which came out fine,cardiologist ordered a tilt table test for next week.My question is i know i do have anxieties but could the dizzy be something else,i talked with most doctors as they dont agreed that my dizziness could be related to the brain etc..they refer me for ENT but i know ear problem dizziness is usually spining sensation but my dizziness is lightheaded type.

How did your table tilt test go?  Have you found out your problem yet?

Tilt table test were normal so as the bp but only had sinus tachycardia as i was having anxiety while having the test so yea the cardio did not know why i still feel lightheaded.i saw my endocrinologist and will have a blood test done next week to check out some hormone level but dosent think its related to it
