Living with Visual Snow.....

Hi.....and yes i have fallen to the dreaded and infamous Visual Snow.

I'm 14 years old, about 5.1 foot and i was perfect healthy perfectly healthy. Until i caught the snow...the reason why i am writing this is to seek a cure. My doctor is going to appoint me to the hospital so someone can take a proper look at my eyes. Its been 4 months since ive had the snow and i'm sick of it already. I looked Visual Snow up on Wiki and  it has something to do with taking drugs but i haven't. I really don't no what to do because right now i feel depressed and fed up. I also ready on Wiki that there isn't a cure for Visual Snow, if thats the case then there's nothing i can do.....

All i'm asking is for someone to help me plz....

There are a number of people with visual problems, including visual snow, who have posted at the flash discussion group at LymeNet (dotorg).

You can also do a search at MedHelp for this, see upper right corner for search function.

Wishing you the best,
Carol

I've had snow about that long too. I can't speak for others, but since this symptom is rather constant my brain seems to adapt and forget its there. There are worse things to have. This is fairly rare condition and my neurologists, optomologists, neuropthomologist, retinal specialists, etc. none of them heard of it.
