Long term effects of dural puncture?

Hi! This is my first post here, and I would love to get some help/opinions. I had my baby 7 weeks ago today, and during the spinal, my dura was punctured, which resulted in a spinal headache that lasted for 7 days. 5 days after the puncture, I returned to the hospital with Bells Palsy, and a secondary headache which they said was from a pinched nerve. For that, I received an occipital nerve block, and that headache was resolved. I continued to have the spinal headache for a few more days,(never got a blood patch) but began having anxiety/panic attacks. After the obviously painful spinal headache was gone, I continued to have off and on headaches for about a month, as well as pressure in the head for about 30 seconds after standing. At first it was very bad, I would get tunnel vision, and my hearing would sound like everything was far away, I even got zig zag lines in my vision which I was told was an aura for amigraine. It has gradually gotten much better, to the point where I can now go days with no pressure, and when I do get it, its like a heavy thudding in the back of my head. I have had numerous CT scans that all came back fine (except for a colloid cyst) and am awaiting an MRI> I had one visit with the neurologist, who said I sounded like I was still slowly leaking spinal fluid. OK, fine. WHat concerns me is that about 3 weeks ago, I developed several floaters in one eye. I had an eye exam, was told everything was perfect, and lots of people get floaters, I'll get used to them. Well, they seem to be increasing. I returned again to the eye doc a week later, and again, no retinal tears or holes. Well, now I have floaters in my OTHER eye, and I find it hard to believe their is no correlation between the 2 issues, even though everyone says they have nothing to do with each other. The drs are doing nothing for me really, and I am getting increasingly concerned these floaters, will continue to get worse while nothing is done. I am beginning to see tons of perfect little circles everytime i look at the sky, or something bright, and its scaring the crap out of me. I'm not sure even what my question would be here...I have so many. lol Just looking for anyone with a similar situation, or possible some helpful insight. Thanks!!
