Looking for an answer

I am a 47 year old female with the following issues:
2004, tongue starting feeling funny, sort of constant burnt feeling - had blood work, stomach scope, CT of stomach, all fine

2006 June, Saw primary doctor for constant inner left thigh twitching for approx 4 months 24/7. Blood work, Brain MRI, MRI lower spine, all good.  EMG and NCS done by hosp neuro, saw fasiculations, classified as benign fasiculations.

2006 Sept, saw Neurologist who did blood tests, and neuro exam, said all appeared to be ok. Ordered MRI of pelvis, also ok.

2006 Oct, revisit with neuro reordered EMG and NCS done by hospital neuro, fasiculations stopped -  exam ok.  Advise to see Rheumatologist.

2007 July, exam by Rheumatolgist for chronic muscle tenderness/burning in both legs and arms. Advised it was most likely fibromyalgia.  Ran massive blood work, all appears to be fine.  Ordered Cervical MRI due to neck/shoulder pain in addition to leg and arm pain.  That was also fine.  Doctor gave me Lyrica, does not seem to help

To date I am in constant pain/burning in my legs and arms yet all tests previously done appear to come back normal.   Is there something else that should be done?  It is difficult to live with this pain on a daily basis.  Im not sure if I should go back to the Neurologist or just settle for the Fibromyalgia diagnosis.  Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated.
