Loss of penile sensation

Hello, I'm 19 years old and have never had any medical issues until july the 25th 2010. During foreplay with my girlfriend I noticed my penis went completely numb after she stopped dry humping my penis (something she does to get wet before intercourse) , once I noticed this I immediately stopped any sexual acts at the time and began to feel mild pain in my groin area and noticed a paper cut right under my glans . The next day it began to be very uncomfortable for me to sit down without using a doughnut shaped cushion to relieve the pain I was enduring in my prostate area. I then went to the hospital when the pain became unbearable I took and urine sample which came back negative a hiv test which came back negative and a culture test for chlamydia which came back negative also I was given three rectal exams in the last month and none of the doctors noticed any inflammation of the prostate. I masturbate about three times a week without lube, I used to drink every other Saturday ,but not anymore after this issue arrived. Now during sex unless she is on top I barely feel any sensation in my penis and If we have sex doggy-style I feel nothing at all. Also the glans and the part right under the glans are sensitive but the shaft barely has sensation unless I put hot water on it , but what also is weird is that when I put cold water on my penis i feel it much more than when I use hot water. I put lotion on my penis a week before could this cause a sensation problem?. Ive already seen and urologist and he was no help. I also experience mild penile pain. Please help.

I currently take vitamins as follows
B12 ( I believe it will help nerves)
ginkgo biloba( for bloodflow just in case I lack good bloodflow to penis)
Saw Palmetto( Just in case it is and prostate isuue)
Magnesium( to help relieve what I believe is muscle spasm in prostate area I also take this to help nerve function)

Also the paper cut has healed but still and lack of sensation.

IS THEIR ANY CHANCE ILL GET MY SENSATION BACK AND IF SO WHAT ACTION DO YOU RECCOMEND I TAKE?

Hi datboy,

Do you have any penile instability?  It may be a tear of a suspensory ligament issue, which is something I believe I have.

If this paper describes your symptoms, maybe it will help you:
http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/j.1464-410X.2007.06551.x/full

I have spoken with some doctors who say operating down there is very risky, but the paper seems to suggest that it has a high success rate.  I am not sure what to believe, and will be doing as much research as I can.

Hi, Thank you for your question. I would recommend that you consult a neurologist at your earliest convenience as it sounds like a nerve injury but without being able to examine you it will be difficult to say anything precisely. If it is severe then nerve suturing would be required. Hope this helps.

Im going to see a neurologist on oct 4 (couldnt get anything earlier) and a cardiovascular doctor on monday to make sure im getting good bloodflow throughout the body. My biggest worry was nerve damage. I have a question if I can feel at least hot water on my penis and any temperture of cold water wouldnt that rule out serious nerve damage that couldnt be reversed.

um well, the only thing i could possibly say is, it has nothing to do with the lotion, unless you were allergic to it, it could have an affect, because you must remember the skin there is very sensitive compared to other parts of the body. and also once you went to see all these medical people did you inform that you were on all these vitamins? and if so did you just start taking them recently? and if so that could have a take on your system. i would definitely try and get to see a specialist if it persists.
