Low Spinal Pressure

Posted By defrag on December 19, 1997 at 17:04:50:

My neurologist, after six months of different drug therapies has diagnosed
me with pseudotumor cerebri.  However, I just had a spinal tap.
The tap indicated I had a pressure reading of 0.  Not high as first suspected.
This issue is he wants to stay with the same diagnosis, which confuses me.
My understanding of pseudotumor cerebri is the spinal fluid pressure is too high.
What is it called when the opposite happens and the spinal pressure is too low?
