Scarlet fever will rise up to about 101 and drop a degree within a couple of hours.I have been to an Infectious Disease Dr., a Rhumetoligist and Internal med is my regular Dr. My regular Dr. has set up an appointment for me to see a neurology Dr. I have a normal brain mri but my spine mri showed moderate advanced spondylosis and reversal of the lordotic curvature. My question is could the spondylosis be causing the fevers and the numbness, also I forgot to mention extreme fatigue after minimal activity. Thank you in advance for any answer you can give me.

Spondylosis could not possibly be causing your fevers this is a systemic
symptom which is highly unlikely to be due to any central nervous system
cause.
The numbnes could be due to spinal disease but only if the cervical spine
was involved with significant pinching of the nerve roots to the arms.
Fevers and fatigue tend to go together so this is not a surprising
combimation, the answer however is likely to lie outside the neurological field.
