Low hum and feeling vibrations under foot

I'm a 62 yr old man and just moved to a bungalow.After about three days i was looking out of the window and it was like a switch being flicked on. I heard a low hum simular to a generator and also feeling vibrations underfoot.All electrics have been checked but i hear it in the walls and even outside. I was thinking how quiet it was here when it happened. I wear two hearing aids and although i only hear on my left side it's the same with aid in or out.I'm even thinking about 'ley lines' not that i have any knowledge of them

Well, without a clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of your symptoms. Possibilities that may need to be considered include neuro-muscular causes such as peripheral neuropathy, nerve impingement/ compression, hormonal/ endocrine abnormalities, micronutrient deficiencies etc. I would suggest getting this evaluated by an internist or a neurologist for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management.
