Lower Body weakness, please help

2 weeks ago marks 2 years since i was hit by a suv, i suffered an ruptured aorta, spleen, n collapsed lung. at first i was told that my legs were very weak because there wasn't blood supply to my lower body bc of the aorta injury but they did surgery on me in time and tht i should make a full recovery, its 2 years now and i'm doingmy best to get back to my active life. but i still have weakness extreme weakness issues. my calfs ankles and especially hamstrings are weak or barely even twitch. i've seen a neurologist and did test on me, but he said that i should keep going to physical therapy thats it. i've been looking for a while on any thing that would help me get my life back. is there anything that anyone reccomends any sort of treatment or doctors to see anything please...

Physical therapy is the only thing that comes to mind in this scenario. Please be patient, it has been a long time but the recovery from these types of injuries can take a long time.
A good rehab specialist may also be able to help you more.
