Well Belinda at 28 you seem to be having a fair amount of trouble and I believe
you need a further workup. It is hard to put this all togeather especially with
the tremors but a good neuologic history and exam would be a good place to start.
With alot of joint pain and a high Sed rate PMR or Polymyalgia Rheumatica comes
to mind but that is usually seen in middle aged and elderly people. I think
you do need to see a Neurologist. Not having insurance and having a medical
problem makes your workup difficult since these things can get $ at times. It
sounds, however, that with the trouble you are having something needs to be done.
A Rheumatologist may also be helpful. Good luck, GS
