Lupus connection?

Last night, I was awaken by terrible full body tremoring/shaking, from the top of my head to my feet. It felt as if I had 1000 vibrators attached to my body and turned on. I could not control them no matter how I tried. There was no pain, but very uncomfortable. After about 4-5 minutes, the tremors stopped. I did have a headache before going to sleep & after waking. I also suffer from Lupus SLE. Could there be a connection, (lupus and the tremors?) Was it a mild seizure? Thanks for your help.
