M15 month old has a 2 cm arachnoid cyst

My son was diagnosed with an 2 cm Arachnoid Cyst within the Sylvian Fissure of the Left temporal region, by MRI, when-ever he was 5 months old. His G.I. doctor saw him having his shaking spells and informed me that they were tremors and seemed concerned about it maybe being related to his cyst, he aked where it was, if I knew what kind it was, told me how to try to get around the nureosurgeon,and told me to tell him as soon as he had his MRI. I started contacting alot of other doctor's as far as pennysvania..we live in Kentucky, I had one in Georgia suggest that we get an MRI done of his spine, and the way they talked they wanted to bring him over there within a week, and said that we needed to see someone now , not wait until december. But they do not accept out of state medical cards. He seems to be possibly having headaches, he grabs at his head and cry's. He is 15 months. I am concerned that his cyst may be getting larger. But the nuerosurgeon doesnt take it seriously, we have only seen him once and he was rude and wouldnt listen to our concerns. Should we go somewhere else? Could all this be signs it is getting larger? Can it wait until december? I am so worried, he has had a very rough life. Here is some of his past medical history if it helps any: Seizures, central sleep apnea, pyloric spasms, severe acid reflux, asthma, arachnoid cyst, feeding tube, failure to thrive,has a history of high blood pressure..( has gotten to 130-140 over something and him asleep), Thank you all in advance.
