MD Please Answer

I had an SAH almost 12 yrs ago.  (I'm an otherwise healthy 47 yr old female.)  My CP started about a year after, (On my LT side.) and for the last couple of months it's been changing.  I now have a tingling sensation in my whole hand; it started as just a tingle in my fingertips whenever I exercised.  I should state that this occurs on the LT side only.
I also have an increase in bruising, (LT) that takes forever to heal; the area usually stays swollen and red.  I'm also hyposensitive on the LT; get bruising without trauma - I'm fed up not knowing what could be going on.   (At this visit I had a normal FBS of 93) Folllowing the blood test, (Performed by a nurse) my PCP rushed through my chart, and blew off any questions I asked.  
My ??'s Could this persistent swelling, etc. be CPS??  Would compression stockings be appropriate?
