Hi K.L.M.R.Prasad,
As per description given by you, your son is suffering from viral infection of brain with involvement of multiple organs as a complication of this.He is on life saving drugs and mechanical ventilation. Some viral infections can be dangerous to life and for that specific treatment is needed.Spinal fluid examination for suspected viruses antibodies and microscopic analysis of the fluid may reveal the diagnosis. Please take advise of Neurophysician for the assessment of the patient.
Please keep me informed if you need further information.
Hope for the best,
Regards.
