MIGRAINE AND Muscle twist

Thank you,for give me a way to know what,m I? now I's 30 yrs. I trouble with migrine since I was9 yr-old 1st it verey severe headache miningitis liked and occasional with aura(I had numbness on my lt hand mark on 3-5finger and around my mouth or sometimes I got gasoline-smelt) then i take prophylasis for 3 course with propanolol siberium TCA and another one i can't remeber it severity reduce and less frequent(5-6/m0 to2-3/mo)but in this years i have pulsation tinitus on lt ear most associated with migraine but only one it not and i have often abnormal muscle twist on my thigh (i feel it contraction but it not by seen) sometime on my wrist once i see ti jerking i so worry about it i consult my doc. he say some syndrome that have m. twist and ass with migraine but it too fast and i don't understand( can you give the name for me?) and he can heaed pulsation on my ear but it loss when pressure on if MRV normal can i sure that it not have secondary cause for my migrain?

I had a litle trouble reading your note.  Your doctor mentioned a syndrome with muscle "twist".  Do you mean twitch (like a little jump?)  Also did you say that he "heard" a noise in your ear or maybe in your neck?  You said something was lost when he put pressure...Was the sound in your ear lost when he put pressure?  Where did he put pressure?

What is the MRV?  I'm sorry about all the questions.  Quix
