MRI Brain MRI Cervical Spine
Had numbness right side of face and right arm also having many headaches.  MRI Brain and Cervical Spine completed with the following results....what exactly does it mean and what do I do?  Want as much insight as possible.  Thanks   I'm 36 yr old female.

BRAIN:     mild cortical atrophy, most pronounced involving the frontal lobes slightly more than expected for patient's age.  No white matter lesions or focal area of tissue involving gray and white matter are detected.   Everything else unremarkable.

C-Spine:   C2-C3 mild disk degeneration w/o herniation
C3-C4 mild disk degeneration w/o herniation  There is slight uncovertebral hypertopic change w/o canal or foraminal stenosis.
C4-C5 no abnormality
C5-C6 mild disk degeneration with posterior disk bulge.  Mild uncovertebral hypertrophic change, larger on the right.  This creates mild asymetric narrowing of the right C5-C6 neural foramen.
C6-C7 intervertebral disck maintains normal signal and morphology.  No herniation is identified.
Cervical cord maintains normal signal and appearance.

THANK YOU SO MUCH
