MRI Interpretation

I had an MRI due to clinical diagnosis, Bells Palsy.
The MRI, with Contrast, says there are 2-3 small punctate foci of nonspecific T2 prolongation
within the deep and subcortical white matter of the cerebral hemispheres.  Differential diagnosis
would include small foci of glosis or nonspecific demyelination.  There is no evidence of of a
demyelinating disease process.  Gray whit matter diferentiation otherwise is normal.

What does this mean in layman's terms?
