MRI Migraines

I rec'd my MRI results and stated the following. Can anyone explain exactly what they mean. I have my follow up later this week but I don't want to wait.
They found 2 things: White matter lesion posterior corpus callosum and arachnoid cyst posterior fossa. I can't seem to find to much about them .
I have developed headaches approx. 4-5 years ago. In the past year they have gotten worse and in the past 6 months have turned to total migraines that can't be controlled by medication.

Thanks for your help.

Are you going to see a Neurologist soon?

Arachnoid cyst usually are corrected with surgery.

The white matter lesion on the posterior corpus callosum definitely needs to followed up as well; MS should be ruled out.
