What does "element of arachnoiditis" mean on an MRI report?

Hi.

I do not have the entire description and the symptoms, but I can tell you the literal meaning of this.

Arachnoid mater is one of the three coverings of the brain. The three coverings are Dura mater (outermost and the toughest), Arachnoid mater and the pia mater (innermost). The MRI report says "element of arachnoiditis. This means there is a weak suspicion of inflammation of the arachnoid mater.
