MRI Results

My 11yr old son has been suffering with dizzy spells & has even passed out in class a few times (last one lasted 5mins) We have recently had an EEG done which didn't show any problems. MRI was performed & the results are as follows......

There is no midline shift or mass effect. There is no area of restricted diffusion or blooming artefact identified .
Note is made of a prominent cisterna magna. The midline structures outline normally. The posterior fossa structures also outline normally.
Minor mucosal disease of both maxillary antra is noted. The mastoid air-cells outline normally.

I was hoping someone might be able to tell me if this would have anything to do with why he has been having his problems or are they completely unrelated??
