MRI Results

I was hoping someone could better help me understand my MRI results.  It reads as follows:

Findings:  Mild broad lateral curve, convex right of cervical/upper thoraci spince occurs.  Slight kyphosis of cervic spine occurs.  Cerebellar tonsils are normal in position.  Slight degenerative changes at C1 anterior arch and anterior odontoid occur.
Slight anterior mixed spondylotic disc displacements at a few levels occur.

C3-4 Shallow posterior spondyloctic change is without neural compression.  Mild right Luschka joint hypertrophy and mild right foraminal narrowing occur.

C4-5 Disc is height reduced and broadly posteriorly herniates left and right with biforaminal extension; flattening left preforaminal cervical cord and left C5 nerve root; abutting/encroaching upon right C5 nerve root.  Moderate biforaminal narrowing occurs.  Mild spinal stenosis orrurs..

C5-6Shallow posterior mixed spondylotic disc displacement with left preformainal eccentricity abutting left C6 nerve root.  

C6-7 Shallow posterior disc herniation encroaching upon ventral dural sac.

Conclusion
1. C4-5 posterior disc herniation with left and right components; flattening left preforaminal cervical cord and left C6 nerve root.  Mild spinal stenosis.  Moderate biforaminal stenosis.
2. C5-6 shallow posterior mixed spondylotic disc displacement near to if not in part abutting left C6 nerve root.
3. C6-7 shallow posterior disc herniation minimally eccentric left encroaching upon bentral dural sac.
