MRI Results

Hi I am 53, and relatively healthy until over a period of 2 months I had this piercing pain in my right arm between shoulder and  elbow. Long story short I ended up on my back for 10days.  I have been going to a chiropractor and it helps for the day or a couple days, but as soon as I miss a couple days, the discomfort is back. I had an MRI and these are the results. What do they really mean?

Impression:
Mild multilevel mid cervical degenerative changes are noted from
C3-4 through C6-C7 without critical canal stenosis or cord
deformity. Grade 1 retrolisthesis of C5 on C6 is noted. Moderate
right C4-5 and moderate to severe C5-6 neural foraminal stenosis
is observed.

Thank you for your time.
