MRI Scan of the Brain

New onset nystagmus: suggestion from ophthalmologist due to symptoms of "cloudy headaches" with eye disturbances (unvoluntary eye movement, like a small tremor) difficulty with concentration, focus, memory and at times feeling confused about what I am going to do next, in general.

Results from MRI Scan, IMPRESSION: There are two small areas of hemosiderin deposition noted in the both occipital lobes which appaear to be located either within sulci or at the cortical white matter junction.  The differential diagnosis includes various etiologies for hemosiderin deposition from subarachnoid hemorrhage from an aneurysm and trauma to hemosiderin in occult cavernous hemangiomas.  Because of these findings, it is recommeded that MRI scan be repeated with gadolinium and an MR angiogram be considered to evaluate for possibility of aneurysms of the intracranial circulation.

Ok, my Primary Care provider will not give me a interpretation of this result, and has sent a referral to a Neurologist, which is great, but I will have to wait a week or more to understand these results.  Anyone out there have a clue what all this means. I would have sent this to the MD Neurology Forum but it is full. I would appreciate any input. Thanx so much as I am anxious to understand what the report means.
