MRI-White area questions

I had a MRI done a few days ago to rule out stroke since I was showing all signs of a mini stroke.
left sided numbness and weakness, blurry and double vision, insomnia, unable to walk, slight facial droop, bad taste on left side of tongue, searching for words, etc.
All the symptoms mentioned are still happening- today June 24 is the 4th day. Symptoms get worse if I have tired or upset, but overall they remain constant.

My MRI shows spots of small white spots, but a BIG white spot on the left side of my brain where they found a cyst about 23 years ago- a rubber shunt was put in.

I don't have previous MRIs available at this moment, but I can say that the big spot where the cyst was is new- since it's been shunted I know of no times where this soft of thing showed up on a test.

the only family history I know of is my mother's grandmother's autopsy revealed about 7 massive tumors in her skull.
I would like to get as many opinons as possible to educate myself on this matter so I can make informed decisions for myself-
