Can an anxiety attack as such lead to a false diagnosis of the MRI head scan?

Thasnks for your response. I had an MRI done in China and was told that there seems to be some "activity in my frontal lobe". Further testing calls for a video EEG. What could be the problem and for how long should I be monitored during this video EEG? What are they looking at?
