Mongolian blue spots in question appears to be in the midline, an possibly in the falx (a part of the covering of the brain). This would be most consistent with a meningioma, which are often
benignBenign ear cyst or tumor
Benign positional vertigo findings and would not be expected to cause your
syncopeFainting. I would suspect from your description that you have vaso-vagal
syncopeFainting or a syndrome called POTS (postural othostatic tachycardia syndrome), and I would recommend that you see a cardiologist. Rarely syncope can be caused by dysfunction in the autonomic nervous system and your neurologist can order a Qsart to help determine this.
