MRI lumbosacral Spine

Recently conducted MRI Scan, the findings are as follows;
Lumbar lordosis is maintained. alignment is satisfactory.
L2/L3 disc shows loss in signal intensity indicating dessication (desiccation).
There are mild anterior osteophyte-disc complexes from L1-l4, worse at l2/L3 and L3/L4 levels.
moderate broad based disc bulging with ventral indentation of the theca L3/L4,L4/L5 and L5/S1 worse at l5/S1.

Note facetal and ligamentum flavum hypertrophy with mild compression of l5 Nerve root worse on the left.

the rest of the disc show normal signal intensity.

no paraspinal or epidural/ intradural masses seen.

Please advice on these findings?
