MRI of the Head

(MRI of the Head)Please clarify the following MRI Report. I am 36 years old female with history of Vestibular neuritis.

Findings: The brain ,ventricals and basal cisterns are normal, except for a few small non-specific lesions in the deep white matter of the  is of the cerebral hemisphere.
There is no evidence of hemorrhage,tumor of acute infarct.

Impression :Normal MRI ,except for few very small non-specific lesions in the deep white matter of the cerebral hemisphere, likely attributable for very minor chronic microangiopathic disease.
