MRI report

Age 21 female
I have received my MRI report and would like an explanation. Reasons for MRI brain scan- hand tremor bilaterally + l leg occasionally + frequent severe migraines daily.
Format: axial t2 and diffusion weighted sequences, sagittal t1 and coronal FLAIR sequences were obtained of the brain.
Findings: no focal intracerebal lesions noted. The CSF space are within normal limits. No extra-axial normalities noted. The orbits and sinuses are remarkable.
Conclusion: MRI scans of the brain within normal limits. Further MRI requested for heart scan and 24 hr heart monitoring as per medical history and current symptoms.
