MRI results_suggestion on treatment

On behalf of my grandmother, I am posting this question. She is 70 years old now. Last two months before, she was feeling severe pain in the neck and drowsiness while walking.  She consulted neurologist. The results of the MRI study is given below:
(1) Broad based posterior prolapse of C5-6 IV disc, encroaching spinal canal. both lateral recesses with compression of thecal SAC and both C6 nerve roots exit zones.
(2) Right posterior paracentral prolapse of C6-7 IV disc, narrowing right lateral recess with compression of thecal sac and right C7 root exit zone.
(3) Cervical spondylotic changes with diffuse annular bulges of C3-4, C4-5 IV discs indenting on thecal sac.

Doctor suggested her to go for surgery.  But she crossed almost 70 years old and she is thinking to have some other  alternative treatments instead of going for surgery. Kindly suggest about other treatments for this case.

There is only alternative treatment available I am aware of and this is injection of ozone and oxygen into the interstitial spaces to reduce swelling. It is used in Europe, but in the United States I believe only Nevada physicians are using the protocol.
