MRI results what does this mean?

Mri of the brain & iacs with & without contrast
Findings:
There is a solitary small focus of nondescript signal abnormality in the high left posterior frontoparietal subcortical white matter. This is of unknown signifigance with regard to the symptomatology & no other lesion is seen. symptoms- (5 mnths blurry vision,ears ringing & hurting, back pain, neck pain, swetty hand & feet, some bladder problems) There is nothing to suggest more diffuse white matter or demyelinating disease. the brain stem is normal, The lesion shows no abnormal enhancement.
Impression: Solitary high left posterior frontoparietal signal abnormality as discussed.

Thats what the MRI says. Hase anyone any input on these findings please, i have to wait 2 weeks before seeing the neurologist. Thanks you

1. Call the Neurology doc's office ASAP. Even though your appointment is 2 weeks away, he/she should explain the MRI in plain English as soon as the report gets in, so you are spared any anxiety.

2. The report basically says that the MRI found a small area that appears to be a little different from what the radiologist would expect at that location, but it is not near a place that would cause your symptoms.
If it were mine I would not worry, but would expect more testing, maybe another MRI with contrast dye.
