MRI results

Hello, my name is William, I had an MRI done, and am very frustrated, I'm a selfpay paitent(no insurance) but I do have the money for a neurologist. It is very difficult to find one in my area that accepts selfpay. Could someone please please tell me what this means(In plain english).Thank you very much.


C3-C4: tiny central disc protrusion with adequate capacity of canal and foramina.

C4-C5: shallow paracentral disc protrusion to the left with mild flattening of the cord but no significant canal stenosis.

C5-C6: small uncovertebral joint osteophyte on the right narrowing the lateral recess nerve.

C6-C7: Left paracentral disk protrusion. This measures 4mm and deformsthe lateral recess and is in contact with cord. This protrusion extends into the neural foraman on the left

IMPRESSION
1. C6-C7;paracentral and posterolateral and foraminal disc protrusion on the left with marked impingment on lateral recess and neural foramen.

2. Other changes as described level by level above

If someone could explain what this means I would be very very gratefull.
