MRI results

Results are as follows:

Within the white matter of the brain on the FLAIR sequence, there are scattered patchy subcentimeter foci of T2 hyperintensity noted. Majority of these are clusterd in the right periatrail white matter, though other foci are also seen within the centrum semiovale and corona radiata bilaterally. They appear to be more predominant within the right hemisphere of the brain.

Impression:

Numerous punctate subcentimeter foci of hyperintensity within the white matter of the frontal and parietal lobes. This is unusual in a patient of this your age and raise numerous possibilities.


I am 22 years old.

They have tested me for MS, came back negative.

CSF: Negative.
OCB: Ngative
MBP: Negative

Stroke in the Young Panel:
wrCRP: 6.9 High
Protein C: 133 High
Sed Rate: 40-50 High

ANA Pattern:
Homogeneous
Speckled pattern also detected

Creatine Kinase: 172 High

I would think my neurologist would have seen inflammation in my brain with my CT scan with contrast. She has ruled out Hemmorrhage masses and hydrocephalus. Along with Lime Disease.
