MRI scan results not certain????

Can someon tell me what my MRI results mean: It says

There is mild ventrtriculomegaly with enlargment of the lateral and 3rd ventricles. There is also some questionable fullness of the right superior colliculus. I am uncertain if there is a small lesion at the tectal plate, or if this appearance is due to some aqueductal stenosis. A neurosurgical consultation is suggested. A followup MRI of the brain is also suggested in 3 months time. Any clinical feedback on this case would be greatly appreciated.......Now to my question what does all this mean? Does this mean I have a tectal glioma? and does this mean that because a neurosurgical consultation is suggested they are going to operate on me? Please give me your feedback!!!!
