MRI translation?

Can someone translate this MRI for me?  Not to sure what it means...
Findings:

Rotator Cuff:  An osseous fragment measuring 0.7 x 1.9 x 2.3 cm (AP x trans X SP) is seen posterior to the humeral head along with an abnormal contour of the posterior greater tuberosity, compatible with an avulsion fracture from this site.  The infraspinatus tendon is seen to insert on this osseous fragment.  Fatty infiltration is present in the infraspinatus muscle belly, in keeping with muscle atrophy.

There is a complete tear of the posterior 2/3 of the supraspinatus muscle.  In addition, there is contraction of the musculotendinous junction with at least a mild to moderate amount of atrophy presend in the supraspinatus muscle.  The subscapularis tendon demonstrates diffuse thickening and increased signal, compatible with tendonitis.  No discrete tear is otherwise identified in the subscapularis tendon.  The teres minor tendon appears unremarkable.

Long Head of Biceps: Normal

Labrum: Normal

Capsule: Normal

Acromioclavicular Joint:  A 4 mm subarticular cyst is seen at the distal end of the clavicle.  "Something" is present at the inferior aspect of the AC joint.  The undersurface of the acromium is flat (Type 1)

Bone:  Large osseous fragment located posterior to the humeral head as previously described.  There is an avulsion fracture of the posterior greater tuberosity and including the humeral insertion of the infraspinatus.

Cartilage: Normal

Fluid: Normal

This means that there is a fracture in the shoulder and part of the bone where the infraspinatus muscle( One of the rotator cuff muscles that helps rotate your shoulder) attaches to is broken off from the main bone....this needs an orthopedic surgery to connect the chipped off bone

The other muscle tear can be repaired and placed back in place and the cyst which is a small ball of fluid or air which can resolve on its own or could be removed at surgery

The main problem here is your shoulder and arm bone the humerus, there is a part of it thats chipped off separated broken off this is the meaning of 'Avulsion fracture' and should be replaced and stabilized by surgery
