MRI'S for silent migraines the same as for ms?

I am interested to know if an MRI of the brain of a silent migraine patient could look very similar to that of an ms
patient.  I am so confused.  My neurologist insists that I have silent migraines (MRI report says could be migraines
but unlikely & does mention suspicious for ms), & I insist that I don't.  I have no migraine symptoms.  I do have more than 20 lesions on the brain & a good deal of ms symptoms, although mild.  I would appreciate any feedback to this.
