MS ? or Parsonage-Turner syndrome?

Hello I am 44yrs old and have been trying to find some answers.

Over two years ago I suffered major shoulder pain in both shoulders followed by almost complete paralysis which has slowly improved but I still only have 70-80% strength back.

I also have had some bladder urgency and ED since this time. Also a couple of vertigo episodes and tinnitus for the last 6 months.

I have had xrays - clear, met with Orthopedic Dr, two MRI 6 months apart - 4small lesions and 1 larger on the brain and a smudge on the spine (no change after 6 months). Met with Neurologist 2x who gave no diagnoses and said wait and see.

I would be keen to get an opinion please.

Thank you, Scott
