MS,FMS,CFS? in Taiwan

Hi...I'm an expat working in Taiwan currently. I have had complexing symptoms for some  6 months following a very bad flu episode. My muscles (mainly lower quads) became fatigued 1st i.e. tremor on exertion and sore days after. Have had general fatigue, muscular skeletal discomfort (incl. back pain) that comes and goes at major muscular/joint associations with some tendon pain (sore when pushed) but has improved significantly over ast 2 months. Consequently  I have resultant? slight action tremors in both hands/wrist. Lost some weight/muscle tone. Non-restorative sleep and recently some tingling in the soles of both feet when seated or lying down - not standing up. Clopus present in both ankles but not tested to be abnormal range by hospital yet. Needless to say the more symptoms I notice the worse the anxiety gets. I don't seem to have the 11 points of pain for fibro-myalgia. Is it CFS...?The Neurologist referred me to a Rheumatologist and back to a different Neurologist - negative RF, ANA tests, reflex and balance tests all normal. Will do EMG next week and spine X-RAY, have asked re possibility of MS - Dr. doesn't think MRI is warranted at the moment...said don't worry. I am worried and would really appreciate a physician's 2nd opinion on this. Thx again,
