MS or Vitamin B12

I am 32 and have suffered sensory and balance problems since 2005. I was admitted to hospital in Jan 07 after numbness deveopled progressively up my legs and lower body. (This has gone and I am left with tingly finers and rubbish balance.)An MRI scan was done which showed some lesions on my spine and brain and due to my symptoms my neurologist suspects ms. However I am also anaemic and a blood test showed a level of 111 of B12 which I have had injections for and am now going to have every 3 months. Not sure if I've got both or what??

It could very well be your B-12. There is a book called Could It Be B12 by Sally M. Pacholok and Jeffrey J. Stuart (you can get it on Amazon.com) that is extremely educational and informative and everything you describe symptom wise can be as a result of a B-12 deficiency. Also if you go on www.wrongdiagnosis.com in the forums section there is a thread by this author called B-12 is commonly misdiagnosed. Please look into this. I am hoping it helps you!
