Hi,
I'll just cutCuts and puncture wounds to the chase. About two and a half years ago I started getting a weird sensation in the back of my leg that felt like it there was a wet spotBirthmarks - pigmented Liver spots Measles, koplik spots - close-up Mongolian blue spots, but it was not. I later started to feel like rain drops were falling on my body. I went to the doctor and had an MRI, everything was normalNormal saline flush. He put me on paxilPaxil Paxil cr for my nerves and after a few weeks everything stopped. I took the paxilPaxil Paxil cr for 3 months and felt fine, even had a baby in December, until now. Last month I noticed that while loading groceries both of my legs felt kind of cold and sweatty but they were not. That only lasted a few seconds and went away. I noticed that feeling again several days later when I was getting out of my car and again the next day. I remembed my symtems from before and of course started to freek out. I was getting pin ***** type feelings all over my body and the cold wet feeling came back. I went back to the doc and he said he doesn't think I have MS and since the PaxilPaxil Paxil cr worked so well for me last time he put me back on it. Three weeks later I'm am still feeling very scared. I have noticed that my symtems are worse when I'm outside in the hot weather. And my hand are falling asleep and going numb at night. I do feel like I needed to take the Paxil to just deal w/ life in general but I don't think my stress could doing all of these things to my body. Could it? Please help.
Hi there...I would advise you to post this same query on the MS Forum here on medhelp. There are some people there that have a lot of information on MS as well as Health Pages dealing strictly with MS. Personally I would be concerned about your symptoms and I think you should be seen by a Neurologist or an MS Specialist. Your difficulty with hot weather, numbness, pins and needles, paresthesias (feelings of things that are not there)...you should be followed up by a specialist. Please check out the MS Forum and I can guarantee you will not be disappointed...there is always someone there to help!
Lots of Hugs,
