MS vs. Atypical Migraines

MS vs. Atypical Migraines

I was diagnosed by my Neurologist with Atypical Migraines. He told me this was a catch-all diagnosis because he really was not sure what I have.
Several doctors I have seen over the past 6 months have asked me if I had been diagnosed with MS based on symptoms. So far I have had a bunch of blood work done, a clean brain MRI, and two clean Nerve Conduction Studies.
I just had an Evoked Potentials Test that showed Central Nervous System problems.

Are there any tests available that would lead to a  definitive diagnosis between Atypical Migraine or MS?
