MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS and location of lesion on mri.

MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS and location of lesion on mri.

MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS and location of lesions on MRI.
I was dx with multiple sclerosis in Nov.2006, My symptoms are fatigue, numbness tingling, bladder problems, and sensitive skin patches. Last week my left eye hurt when I tried to move it, there were no vision problems. It only lasted 2 days.Every morning I wake with numb or weak arm, hand, or leg mostly right side sometimes left. My qustion is would the location of my brain lesions effect these parts of my body.
FINDINGS:
FLAIR images, there are scattered high signal lesions seen in the periventricular white matter. The largest lesion is seen in the left temporal regionand measures 9x5 mm. Mild increased signal is seen in the periventricular white matter in the frontal, parietal, and occipital lobes. Also, a 6x5 mm. subcortical white matter lesion is seen in the periventricular white matter on the sagittal images which are not as well delineated on the axial images due to their small size.white matter lesions do not enhance.
IMPRESSION: small scattered high signal flair lesions are seen in the white matter consistent with demyelinating desease in this patient.

I hope you can help me understand this, thank you for any help.

ON MARCH 28,2007 I HAD A MRI AND THEY FOUND SIX OR SEVEN DEEP
WHITE MATER LESIONS PRESENT.  HOWEVER, THERE IS NO EFFECT
ON THE CORPUS CALLOSUM, NOR IS THER ANY EFECT ON THE BRAIN STEM ITSELF.  MY QUESTION IS WHETHER I COULD HAVE
DEMYELINATING DESEASE OR SOME OTHER COLLAGEN VASCULAR
DISEASE OF SORTS.

MY ONLY PROBLEM IS DIZZINESS.  I ALWAYS FEEL DIZZY AND SOMETIMES IT COMES SO HARD THAT I HAVE TO THROW UP AND
BE IN BED FOR A DAY OR TWO.  SOMEONE MENTIONED SOMETHING
ABOUT MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS.   COULD MY DIZZINESS BE BECAUSE
OF THAT?  I NEED YOUR HELP, PLEASE.

Hi, I just wondered if you ever found out the answer to your post? I'm waiting for a neurologist's appointment regarding a similar problem. My MRI shows multiple scattered lesions on the corpus callosum which are suggestive of demyelination. I've also been suffering from optic neuritis for the past 8 weeks so I'm fully expecting a diagnosis of multiple sclerosis.
