Macro-Prolactinoma MRI

Findings of latest MRI :  The cystic expansile mass within the sella eroding the roof of the left sphenoid sinus and extending into the left cavernous appear unchanged.  The margins of the cystic mass enhance, but no central enchacement is specifically identified.  The pituitary gland and infundibulum are displaced to the right.  The optic chiasm is slightly elevated on the right.  The carotid arteries in the cavernous sinuses maintain a normal flow void of patency.
NEW NOTING ON THE MRI REPORT:  MAIN CONCERN:  Minor punctate foci of increased FLAIR signal in the supratentorial brain probably are chronic minrovascular ischemic change.
Impression:  Cystic expansile mass in the sella, unchanged
